As Harlequin begins shipping, it is time once again to remind you:  do not attempt to contact the factory.

Harlequin, Divine, all things Simply Divine, Simply Divine masks, West Nile Charlotte : all are Cathy Cara products.  The factory will answer no questions about them.

Invoicing and subsequent shipping, along with billing questions only are handled by the factory.  If you have a question on anything else, please direct it to me.  Enki is handling the group order on DoA.  If you are on DoA and part of the group order there, please follow Enki's instructions; you may of course chat with me any time on LiveJournal.

Failure to pay an invoice within 48 hours will result in automatic cancellation of your order.  Items will not ship without payment. You are acknowledging that you are 18 years old or older when you request an item.  We will not sell to minors. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time with no reason given.  You will be told:  "Your order has been declined."
